Buddha told the woman that he would bring her son back to life if she could bring him a mustard seed from a household where no one had ever died. The woman went from house to house, but she could not find a household where no one had ever died. She realized that death was a natural part of life, and she came to accept her son's death. This story teaches us about the impermanence of life and the importance of accepting death as a natural part of life.
